A final farewell letter written by the Artist on August 12, 2008 in Amsterdam and sent to a Lover in Berlin. The three-page letter is in English, written with J.Herbin Poussière de Lune ink on blue G. Lalo writing paper. The letter reflects on conflicting definitions of love and romantic fantasies impossible to live up to in person.

This letter shall be transcribed and re-addressed to the Purchaser of this artwork. The original Lover’s first name shall be replaced by that of the Purchaser. The letter shall be transcribed and signed by the Artist with corresponding ink and writing paper. The letter shall be sealed with saliva from the Artist’s tongue, double-sealed with the Artist’s wax stamp and posted to the Purchaser’s address by Air-Mail from Paris on March 25, 2010.
